Refund Policy

ProcessWorks Group provides hourly consulting and project-based professional services. Because consulting time and custom work are delivered as services are performed, completed work is generally non-refundable.

Hourly Services

Hourly services are billed for time spent performing agreed work, including meetings, documentation, analysis, drafting, review, and project coordination.

Project Deposits

If a deposit is required, unused deposit amounts may be refundable if work has not yet begun. Once work begins, deposits may be applied against time incurred and project expenses.

Billing Questions

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please notify us promptly so we can review the matter and address any billing discrepancy.

Cancelled Projects

Clients may request to stop work at any time. Fees remain due for services performed before cancellation.
